Ambitious sites. Unconventional builds.

HVD Group Ltd. takes on projects most developers won't — sites where the terrain is difficult, the engineering is unproven at that scale, and there's no standard playbook to follow.

We were one of the lead developers behind the Golden Skybridge, now Canada's highest suspension bridge park, and we're currently developing a lakeside destination spa in Kelowna. Every project starts with a place that has something genuinely extraordinary to offer, and a plan built to do it justice.

Golden Skybridge

Canada's highest suspension bridge park, suspended over a canyon and waterfall in the Columbia Valley with sweeping views of the Rocky and Purcell mountain ranges. What began as a single bridge crossing grew into a full adventure destination — trails, a mountain coaster, and a zipline built into the same canyon.

Lakeside Destination Spa

A wellness destination on the water in Kelowna, built around plunge pools, lounges, and treatment spaces that open directly onto the lake. The project is currently in development, designed as a year-round retreat rather than a seasonal amenity.
